Rutland Community Clinic
Offers a range of team-based community-centered primary health care for individuals to meet their everyday health care needs in order to stay healthy, prevent illness, and manage ongoing illness or disease.
Services are provided through family practice physicians, nursing services, and allied professionals, as well as a team of health navigators who provide links to health and social services within the community.
