Overview
A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.
The Pemberton Primary Care Network team is working with local clinics to help connect people to a primary care provider, either a family doctor or nurse practitioner. This includes people living in the following communities:
- Pemberton
- Mt. Currie / Lil’wat First Nation
- N'Quatqua First Nation
- Samahquam First Nation
- Skatin First Nation
- Port Douglas / Xa’xtsa First Nation

The Health Connect Registry is the primary tool used by healthcare providers to add patients to their practice. Wait times will vary based on each doctor and nurse practitioner's capacity.
