The Ridge Meadows Primary Care Network team is working with local clinics to help connect people to a primary care provider, either a family doctor or nurse practitioner. This includes people living in the following communities:
- Maple Ridge
- Ridge Meadows
- Pitt Meadows
- Katzie First Nation
