Fraser Lake Primary Care Network

Last updated

The Village of Fraser Lake is located on the traditional and unceded territories of the Nadleh Whut'en and Stellat'en First Nations. The area has been the traditional territory of the Carrier First Nations for thousands of years.

Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

The Northern Interior Rural PCN is a collaborative partnership between Northern Health, First Nations Health Authority, Carrier Sekani Family Services, Northern Interior Rural Division of Family Practice and the Ministry of Health. Together we work with local clinics to help connect people living in or near Fraser Lake, Stellat'en First Nation and Nadleh Whut'en to a primary care provider (either a family doctor or nurse practitioner).

Find a family doctor or nurse practitioner

If you need a primary care provider, register on the Health Connect Registry to get matched with a family doctor or nurse practitioner in your community.
