Overview

We gratefully acknowledge that the District of Fort St. James is on the unceded traditional territory of the Nak’azdli Whut’en where we live, work and play.

Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

The Northern Interior Rural PCN is a collaborative partnership between Northern Health, First Nations Health Authority, Carrier Sekani Family Services, Northern Interior Rural Division of Family Practice and the Ministry of Health. Together we work with local clinics to help connect people living in or near Fort St. James, Nak'azdli Whut'en, Tl'az'ten Nation, Yekooche First Nation, Binche Whut'en, or Takla First Nation to a primary care provider (either a family doctor or nurse practitioner).
