Provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals within the North Shore and surrounding communities. Offers same-day care for concerns such as minor injuries, sprains and strains, less serious child illness and injury, infections, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions.

Appointment preferred. Call to schedule; phone lines open at 10 am each day. Drop-in patients are seen based on urgency. Virtual appointments are also available.
