Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

Fraser Lake and the Northern Interior Rural Division PCN provides primary care services to the community, supported by healthcare professionals linked to a range of specialized services. This includes people living in and around Fraser Lake and the Nechako Community Health Services Area.
